Status Group presented a new innovative project Tver Marina
50-hectare river-front area of the complex is located on the Volga River, a few kilometers from the city of Tver. It involves an mixed use construction, including yacht marina with 120 berths, a branded hotel with 200 rooms with conference facilities and major events, business and commercial center, spa and sports facilities, leisure and recreational areas. Residential areas are apartments, townhouses and villas with river-views. Start of the first phase, which includes the marina area with hotels, commercial and leisure objects, scheduled for May 2013. Innovative Project «Tver Marina» creates a new standard of residential "lifestyle" complexes.
